ENHANCED ED
Erectile dysfunction is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We find what's actually causing it — then treat that. Doctor-led telehealth, anywhere in NZ.
The specific pattern matters — it's the single most useful thing in working out the cause. Tick what applies.
A prescription without a workup treats the symptom and misses what's underneath. There are four common drivers, and they need different answers.
The one that matters most to rule out. ED can precede a cardiac event by 3–5 years — the vessels in the penis are smaller than those in the heart, so problems show up there first.
Low testosterone, high prolactin or thyroid dysfunction all affect erectile function and libido. Bloodwork tells us whether this is actually your driver, or a red herring.
SSRIs, beta-blockers, thiazide diuretics, finasteride and opioids are all common causes. Often the fix is a medication conversation, not a new prescription.
Performance anxiety, depression, relationship stress and porn-related patterns are real causes with real treatments — and they present differently to physical ED.
Choose a time that suits — all consults are telehealth, anywhere in NZ.
A proper 30-minute conversation about the pattern, your history and your medications.
Where indicated, a panel at your local lab (Awanui, Pathlab) — so we're treating data, not guesses.
A plan that addresses what's actually driving it, with follow-up to check it's working.
Honest expectations
Most men with ED respond well to first-line treatment — but not everyone, and a tablet isn't always the right answer. If your bloods or history point to something else driving it, we'll tell you that and treat what's actually there. If ED is flagging cardiovascular risk, that becomes the priority, not the erection.
Any medication is on the standard NZ prescription pathway, dispensed at your community pharmacy.
ED and low testosterone overlap, so the initial workup starts with the same first appointment — the Low Testosterone Assessment. It's a 30-minute doctor consult, $149, covering your symptoms, the wider causes of ED — vascular, medication-related, psychological — and the bloods worth running.
Evidence-based testosterone replacement therapy assessment, with bloodwork referrals and ongoing follow-up included.
Erectile dysfunction assessment and treatment — a proper workup of vascular, hormonal, medication-related and psychological causes.
Discreet, judgement-free harm-reduction consultations for men using performance-enhancing compounds.
Non-surgical hair loss assessment and medical management for men — prescribed and monitored by telehealth.
General men's health: weight, energy, sleep, sexual health and longevity reviews.
Consultations run 20–30 minutes by secure video with your Enhanced Men doctor — an NZ-registered doctor practising evidence-based men's health. We review your history and goals, arrange any blood tests at a local NZ lab, and, where appropriate, send prescriptions directly to your nearest pharmacy. Follow-up reviews are scheduled to track response and adjust treatment over time.
